Please (in detail) describe the incident: Arrested this person outside vanillia unicorn after transporting back to mrpd i was readin him his caution etc, when in garage he said yes then left the server after some time he came back and another player dealt with him in the cells, after i went to question him he danced and trhen left again first tyime he left was at 19:40 hrs thats what the BC footage shows

I have reviewed the footage provided and have identified this player

I can see that he first logged off when being transported to MRPS, about 17 minutes later he joined back to the server and was brought to the custody cells for processing and left the server again 15 minutes after logging in.
