To be honest lad I thought this was resolved in QE . Me and Frank had to spend at least an hour of are evening in there with your group and I'm quite disappointed that its came to the forums even after I was made aware that is was sorted and we could all learn and move on from it.
Hello, your 5 mins of poor quality roleplay caused us to waste our entire evening too, we never resolved this during the call unfortunately as we said this does feel like we are going in circles because we could not get to a resolution, your constant backtracking/Lies and attitude made it very hard to come to a understanding. hopefully the admin that sat in the QE can confirm this to be the case. Especially when one of the main people on your side that downed people with 0 roleplay muttered no more than 5 words within the hour and the third person involved (a girl we believe) did not attend.
Il explain my side again to you. This situation started of because Clayton has been ringing me on no caller ID for the past week calling me a victim for no reason. First time he called me its whatever next day he calls me I brush it of then the 3rd time he called me I told him if he rang my phone again id get him. So out I go searching around sandy for this anonymous baiter. Upon arriving at stab city there was a guy passing by I stop to talk to him and it turns out its the fella that's been ringing me all this time. I aim my gun and instructed him to to step out of the car and to put his hands up. After realising I had no zip ties I radio in to ask someone to go and buy some however by stepping away a few steps clayton believes that it is okay to jump in his car and attempt to drive of. I then aim my gun again and tell him to not drive of and get out of the car I even gave him the benefit of not shooting straight away as I had some RP planned and would of liked to keep him alive for it and like you said in QE roleplay over gun play. Clayton then drove of and had just enough time to radio your group to let you know he's getting robbed before he was brutally murdered. I believe that Clayton broke rule G2.4 here and technically this situation shouldn't of even happened as the only reason he was able to use his radio was due to that fact that he broke a rule.

As stated by everyone else in the call, this was all prior to the rest of us arriving, we said that is a separate issue multiple times that you should speak to him about or report. We did not know of this, saw this or had any influence during our RP of this situation, all we know via clayton was he was being robbed at stab. no mention of guns at all. All I will remind you is if your guns are not aimed at someone directly, they can be in a situation that they can attempt a escape.
One persons accusation of a rule break should not influence your roleplay with 8 other people who was not there at that time.
Now your group came to the situation full well knowing what dangers there was it was no surprise to you , your even seen with a hammer drawn in the clip which can only prove that u was prepared to use it .
Holding a hammer while you was in a car unable to be hurt should not justify blasting 8 people , this does not feel like a equal response, you did not even give time for anything to be said. prepared to use it? Yes. Going to use with with no rp? no as that is a rule break that we are accusing you of here today.
The yellow car arrived and clayton shouted 'they have guns help me' he seems quite well and alive after being leathered with bullets never mind tho .

As seen in the clip we did not even act on what he said or did it have any influence on our action, not that we had any time to have any actions.

Next a guy got out the car so I decided to shoot him. The reason I decided to shoot was because what other reason would he need to get out the car to have a nice friendly chat ?
I don't believe so your friend was getting kidnapped you would of retaliated so hence the reason I shot to protect me and my friends from the harm he was going to cause.
You did not speak ,someone holding a item does not give you the right to assume what is going to happen next, you decided on the mentality Gunplay first, roleplay second. You did know know what was going to happen nor can you just RDM based on your assumptions, you did not give us a single second to react to the situation. How can you justify your actions when you and a friend in the NEO shot at every single other person still inside cars? 1 hammer does not mean to can attempt to gun down a huge group who most have not even stopped their cars.
I know you stated you would not reply but I would love to hear the reasoning on why one of your group shot and downed one of the O'Woods that was motionless, hands up with no weapons to be visible yet was downed regardless?
You mentioned this a lot in the QE saying you assumed that because we saw our friend getting held up we would automatically attack yourselves with no RP, so your entire actions was based on assumptions and if your assumptions was correct this would of been a heavy rule break on our part. you have to roleplay before violence, where was the RP for everyone else showing up? where was our conversation or even simply a threat to us would have sufficed but we was not even provided with that.
After this I was rammed up a hill by a 4x4 then after recovering I came back down and hands the 2 people who was sat in it to which 1 decided to run away for some reason and jump in the river , and the other person decided to wait until Frank was looking through there pockets and use it to there advantage to stab him.

As seen in the clips provided by us both, it is myself that makes a dash to the river as I did not have any weapons pointed at myself at all, in QW you did mention you had a gun in your hands but as show in the video it was not pointed at me nor was your friends outside. This gave me a opportunity to run.
I cant fully comment on Krystals attack as I am not him. But seeing as you reversed and your friend dropped his weapon to search with no other firearms pointed at him, Krystal like myself saw a chance to react. Just because you have a weapon in hands does not me we follow your orders or comply fully unless its being used to threaten or attack us. Just holding it can mean a lot of things. this is our point with the hammer Kian had in his hand.
At one point during QE you said it would have been reasonable if we was armed with guns that apon arriving we could of just opened fire. I hope you have not experienced this in the past and have it influence your roleplay but this would be a rulebreak and we are not allowed to do that. RPUK would be a constant blood bath if this was the case.
I don't see why this is relevant I didn't know that laughing was a rule break plus Frank who was downed we later met up with him at a grapeseed dodgy doctor he never returned to the situation at the bridge.

You have just been in a gunfight and intense situation, rolling back in silence giggling and asking just once if we are okay is simply poor RP. you should of assumed the police could be present and such. this is gta online level of experience.
Popping out the car in silence, dragging him in with no RP and speed off. how is this fun for anyone, this is win mentality.
Hopefully staff can see this to be the case as we have the IDs of the ones in car after he was picked up at the bridge. so they can check if Frank returned or not. as we believe there was 3 of you in this situation and when clayton was taken their was three of you present, did you pick up another friend then? if he did not return then fair play.
