Hello @Marks

I hope you're doing well. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, this player is clearly new and may not have had the smoothest start by running players over. Unfortunately, I have found shortly after he committed these actions, just down the road the player got hit by a vehicle, resulting in him being incapacitated and eventually disconnecting from the server.

If the player wants to make a return, this will need to be delt with by submitting an unban appeal.
