Please (in detail) describe the incident: Quite a simple report not much of an explanation needed, we was in this situation as this guy ran us over in AE for no reason, we followed him tried to talk to him multiple times. He didn't stop so we pulled weapons, still didn't comply and ran so ended up being shot. We took him underground to talk, where he didn't roleplay his injuries, made references to the in-game timer, and at the end he, to my believing combat logged. We stayed around a few minutes to make sure it wasn't a head pop, but I am sure you guys will see if he did or not, thanks.
