Please (in detail) describe the incident: Honestly not sure what to put this under, but I think poor quality roleplay is a general description. I'm sure staff can decide themselves.

Hustlers decided to hit the G6 money transport, which is there to give the opportunity of unique RP situations in the form of heists.

After a short gunfight where the large majority of police outside the union depository were downed, hustlers moved in to attempt to steal the money truck. As soon as I get in, 542 decided to use the MRAP and instantly ram the truck into a corner. He is using the fact that the vehicle is he is in is invincible to satisfy his win mentality. Once he's disabled the lorry, we decide to start emptying the boot of the lorry. Price then decides its a good idea to start ramming the lorry constantly so that the game mechanic of getting into the boot to take stuff isn't available to us. Again, abusing the fact his vehicle is unbreakable. I'd love to see irl the vehicle that can so easily squash a multi-tonne lorry into a wall without breaking down.

Considering the transport is an event put on intentionally so these situations are created for both police and gangs enjoyment, I have no idea why price wanted so desperately to discourage anyone from doing it again.

Police have plenty of ways to further the RP and 'win' in the long run, hustlers were using personal cars, and in full colours.

Sorry, I'll also add that I don't want to liase about this situation, I've done it before with this particular officer and obviously his attitude hasn't changed.
Its shit RP, Win mentality, and abusing a game mechanic. Cheers.

first and foremost, me and you have never been in contact and respectfully speaking I don't know who you are. I wont allow you to lie on my name about ever speaking to me to avoid a liaison which we've never had. Moving on to the issue at hand could you or any member of your group please insert the Unique rp that you have demonstrated or even a lead up to the situation to showcase to the rest of the community. In this situation you and your "gang" have shown a bog standard assassination of police in order to get the items in the stockade, no new rp no creativity, just plain and simple gunplay. The mrap is not "unbreakable" there are ways in which you can render it useless however that's for you to find out in roleplay. In the clip you have posted you state "win mentality" could you explain to me what sort of roleplay reference is that other than an OOC one. What sort of scene does someone say win mentality? Another issue I want to mention is the use of LOOC in an active scene, this is not ideal and somewhat sways the organic rp at hand, not once but many times you or someone in your group kept spamming it in OOC and LOOC. From what I have gathered police were being shot left right centre and you wanted to get the goods or what was left of the stockade, I rammed the vehicle several times to stop you from gaining anything else whilst giving you commands to not go near it for your safety to which you have no regard. I personally wouldn't go near a mrap hitting another vehicle so I don't get hurt but unfortunately, your limited mindset to the situation lack of safety for yourself and your persistent greed brought us here.

Not sure what all that waffle is about but the point of replying is to give your side of the situation and the rulebreaks, not throw out random, pointless accusations about myself, and my groups roleplay.

Nothing i stated was pointless or random, you mentioned you had unique rp and I've asked you to back it up, you mentioned "win mentality" when you got frustrated about me ramming the stocked. Kept typing in Looc and OOC which distracted me and swayed the rp and lastly you had no regards for your safety when i told you to stay away from the stockade whilst i dettered you. My side entails the following, g6 was off loading, you came in a black jester opened fire, you shot any officer and g6 in the area and then got upset i didn't let you finish looting.

Hello, I wasn't in the MRAP or driving it however I was the OFC, (Operational Firearms Commander AKA Officer in command )for the situation.
Since the start to the finish of that Money Transport with G6 (3 hours almost), we had 25+ vehicles, from 3 seperate gangs following, ramming and shooting at us and in the end, this warranted the deployment of the MRAP.

Specifically for the Union Depository incident that Hustlers were involved with, we were ambushed which started with Hustlers immediately downing 4 Police officers outside, leaving me (solo firearms officer) and 8 G6 inside, with the Pounder outside in the open with the MRAP. During the shootout as you can see from the clips provided, the Pounder was in a position we were unable to reach and properly observe, so we told him to disable the vehicle (which we're allowed as stated in the rules/guidelines for usage of MRAP) so you guys weren't able to drive it away and then to ram it into a position where we could possible rush out to secure it and finish our task.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to do that due to the limited number of us, and very limited information on how many attackers there were as we were getting attacked from both sides of the Union Depository. So we tried to ram the vehicle into the open to try and use it as bait, for you guys to go to it so we can slowly chip away at your numbers, a longer clip would show this in the end, that we did infact ram it out the corner which was our initial goal and get it in a more suitable location for us to defend longterm.

Not 100% sure about the "win mentality" you guys were complaining about with your misuse of OOC, your task was to rob it, ours was to prevent that. We prevented it by disabling the vehicle so you couldn't drive away in it, as that was our only reasonable and proportionate option.

@Price - Robz So, from this report and from what im looking at on your record as well. I can see that you seem to not be changing with your ways. Your previous ban was because of throwing a flashbang into the middle of a crowd. Now this..

So, firstly i would like to address conduct in the report a player. When your reported, you need to defend yourself against the rule break they are accusing you of. That is all, not accuse or get people to explain how "win mentality" could be used in game. Completely irrelevant in regards to the report and only deflects away from the actual report a player. So well done @JimR not getting into a back and forth with things that are irrelevant to the report. The use of LOOC and OOC also is not great, but i also can understand how frustrating this situation would have been for everyone on the Hustler side.

Now, back to the report. The videos and also i must add staff were watching over this situation so along the videos i have seen and had the input from the spectating staff. So, this is clearly awful to watch. Gangs and police have a role to play on the server. What we are seeing here is a police officer forgetting completely about the roleplay behind this or how it might feel to be on the other side of his own actions. Wether they agree or not in the Hustlers "roleplay" is irrelevant for this. It was a mass shootout, police were pretty much non existant and i have been told there were a few G6 inside. So, ultimately Hustlers had won. They had the area under control and would have got that truck out of there. Which they deserved to have. Then, there is a clear misuse of the MRAP here. Ramming the vehicle into the building until the point where the vehicle cannot be interacted with for a repair or inventory or anything.

This obviously shows a massive lack of sportsmanship from you price. It was a loss, you could have left, you could have gained more info on the people involved. But you chose to shut down the "roleplay" for the other 20 people involved because you couldnt accept that "loss". So, they go to all that effort, all that risk, all that money lost and the prize at the end taken. Because of you and your abuse in the MRAP.

So, i have come to the conclusion that you Price will be getting banned under:

G1.5 - Powergaming

Forcing a scenario where no matter the roleplay of the other party you will win. Example: Roleplaying superpowers, roleplaying fatal injuries when they were only minor to avoid roleplaying with the emergency services, sealing buildings with cars to prevent entrance of other players, using knowledge of the rules within roleplay.

I think powergaming fits this pretty well, as would Poor RP or Common sense (nobody likes us using that one so ill avoid it). As stated in the rule, you forced a scenario that it was something like 15 to 1 + the MRAP. You rammed the vehicle to the point it couldnt be interacted or moved. You forced that scenario with no regard for the other people involved. As a SGT in firearms which is one of the most saught after positions you could be playing in on the server. You have consistantly proved your mentality does not seem to fit that role. But thats a issue for PolCom.

Police command would like to add that there have been several rules placed internally on the use of the MRAP based off this report. So from a staff POV Price will be recieving a 1 day ban following FBS. From the police side, they have added more rules around the usage of the MRAP.
