Please (in detail) describe the incident: Person that stole a BMW Cop car drove it off the highway and proceeded as nothing happened. Also jumped off the cliff down into the tunnel. Quite the unrealistic driving. I have not tried resolving this with the person

Thank you for this report, I unfortunately am unable to identify the person in your evidence with the motorway bridge, but I'll be able to take action from the second video of him jumping down the tunnel, I believe a jump from that height would render the vehicle unable to continue.
