Server: GTA RP
Your Character Name: Dante Johnson
Reported Players: 59
Date: Dec 20, 2025
Time: 15:01
What best describes this incident: LQRP, RDM
Please (in detail) describe the incident: So, come context; myself and some other RPU officers deployed to Mt. Haan in hopes to combat the drug dealing dispatches that were happening. We arrived there at around 14:45, we seen Tony Black on his bike with no helmet and parked on the side road for a little bit. I approach him do a traffic stop and was gonna give him a fine for not wearing a helmet, before I have a chance to, he takes off, some officers attempt chase but we lose the suspect.

The decision is made by myself to deploy on a Shinobi and head back up to the Mt Haan Road. Billy Bubbles spots an individual on a Manchez (Mario Black) selling drugs and a chase ensues. I get hit by a Granger that spawns on my head and join the pursuit late. The pursuit wasn't hostile from us, just a standard pursuit.

The player reported; 59 makes some very 'light'/non-aggressive threats to Billy Bubbles and Billy relies that information over the radio, we acknowledge it but remain pursuing, bearing the information in mind. When the Manchez becomes inoperable, the suspect decamps I aim my tazer, just to stop him from possibly hitting me as I am on a bike, he throws an elbow, I pass that information on and I PURPOSEFULLY allow him to get on that bike so that we can get a new chase, what do I get for not instantly tazing a suspect, where I had every right to? A shotgun blast to the neck. This turns into a massive gunfight between cops and another 3/4 gang members (I could be wrong I am going of the numbers of people I saw shooting).

I fail to understand where this type of RP has a place in a serious RP community, we as police get told daily to be fair and allow for scenarios to play out, yet are met with this in return when we try.

Hello @Cjwjj,

To make you aware, this is a report against yourself.

Hi @Jesse Thank you for the heads up!

Thank you for sharing some of the details but I feel you are missing context here.

I did give multiple warnings not only you can here this is the video evidence you have provided at 2.43 but also prior to this when I was called out for being on the local Sanchez looking like Tyson Blake.

Now you have mentioned that I had given light warnings. Lets be serious and not fluff this up for the sake of the report. If you are chasing ''drug dealers'' which you have called out for being Mara, you were on our turf attempting to arrest fellow gang members and 3 warnings had been issued by myself alone we're bound to retaliate. This can also be seen at timestamp 2.56 where your fellow officer calls out the warning over radio.

However, I appreciate that you didn't hear these warnings directly but when offered QE you declined stating nothing would be achieved. But as you know when you are with a group warnings apply to the group not the individual in question. Hence, why after a brief chase lasting around 2 minutes we took it upon ourselves to then open fire.

Personally the rejection to QE and the instantaneous report leads me to believe that you ultimately are just upset that you lost this situation.

Maybe I did categorise the report wrong by saying RDM, but in my opinion this scenario was Low-Q. RP and Gunplay > RP...

The way you closed off the reply you lose all credibility, we literally nicked two of your boys? How did we 'lose'? It shows that for most people there are no scenarios where we all 'win' as evidenced by the aforementioned statement.

The only thing we lost was any decent RP, every scenario is just straight up to shooting with no intent to develop scenarios. That is my issue, not 'losing'.

Thank you for the clarification. I'm not sure what you expected here to be honest. Yes we would have preferred to come away without a gunfight naturally as our intention was to avoid any arrests. I appreciate your concern around the quality of the roleplay. To make this easier we could break it down.

The situation started as you caught out members selling. You then began to chase them where we had set up over radio for them to bring you back to our turf where they are familiar and so we could regroup as there were a significant amount more police than individual in the chase. From here we began to issue warnings now that the members in question had back up. This was ignored.

From here we issue more warnings which were again ignored. You terminate function in one of our members bikes forcing him to a stop at this point you left us no choice but to act on the warnings issued earlier.

The roleplay wasn't hindered by this as you mentioned as our members were still arrested and the gunfight has lead to an investigation in the police as they came back to examine forensic evidence to further roleplay later on down the line. If they find anything in the investigation I am sure they will act on it furthering the roleplay once more.

The reason I made the above statement was referring to you as an individual who ultimately made the wrong decisions leading up to your death/injury.

As we have now clarified the details around and leading up to your issue with the roleplay. I will now leave this in staffs hands to determine an outcome.
