What best describes this incident: RVDM
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was Selling drugs on grove, where a black sultan pulls up to me with 2 people in the car slows down just to speed up again and runs me over which is where I pull my gun out and start shooting.
In my clip you can't hear anything get said between the 2 people in the car and myself.

I went in QE to which he accused the whole of grove of cheating and metagaming. When I said about the RVDM he said there has been a lot of tension between grove and the martins so he didn't think it would be too much of a problem.

So like i said in QE, I never meant to hit you, when we got out the car we were asking you to raise your hands, I understand after watching the clip I cannot be heard. You are useless to us dead and we genuinely never wanted to kill you. I can only apologise for this situation.

The cheating and tension claims. I made it totally clear I was not pointing fingers at specific people, it is clear to see by your clip that you are certainly not cheating. Instead I was pointing out that grove were known to cheat. This was only mentioned when you questioned my motive for calling out meta gaming following this, I advised what reinforced my suspicions that you were meta gaming is because grove are known to cheat, although the meta gaming claim has been partially cleared up. I understand this is unrelated to the report.

Again, like I said in QE, we never meant to hit you, we were asking you to raise your hands when we got out of the car, when you pulled your gun we shot, to us, we were both shouting, I do not understand why we cannot be heard, again you are useless to us dead, and we had been watching you street selling for some time before you went back into the building, so this is not how we planned the RP to play out.

If our intention was to VDM then kill you we would of shot you on the ground, once you got up I can be seen aiming my gun at you, this is when we were asking you to raise your hands.

Good evening, while I understand that he said he ran me over by accident. In QE he said "there has been a lot of tension between grove and the martins so he didn't think running me over would be too much of a problem" therefore I believe this to be intentional as it contradicts what he has said in this report.
So I would like to still continue this please.

I said this when I was questioning if this would be a rule break if it had been deliberate, this was to discuss the accusation and fully break it down to gain a better understanding from both sides (as it genuinely was an accident) as at the beginning you were refusing to believe it was accidental (which is understanding as you were downed after you shot at us) and like I say, I was trying to see it from both sides.

I tried my best to make this clear and I honestly assumed you understood as you left the call.

@Stuu Looking over this and watching the videos, reading responses etc it does seem like you have attacked the other player without much or any quality RP, there may have been previous tensions between the groups but I don't believe there has been enough to justify an attack of this nature.
When taking actions like this you need to take more care and ensure as the aggressing player you take the steps you need to, especially considering you were warned less than 1 week ago about RDM.

Considering you claim this to be accidental but continued with the attack anyway, I would have probably put this down to a warning, if you hadn't just been warned for the same thing not so long ago.
