Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was hanging around for about an hour, speaking to random people in pretty much the same spot when two cars deliberately ran two of us over for no reason. This was obviously deliberate and without warning. No IDs as there was no time to react to grabbing them.

Staff ticket opened with recording as I don't want to leak how a gang moves around without colours OOC. For staff the RVDM takes place 4:40 onwards.

Unfortunately, I am not able to identify both without the ID's. I have however been able to identify your killer.
