Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and a few mates were in a situation where we had been robbed and shot and was actively looking for them as they were us. Whilst looking, Bradly came beside us and made a comment in what sounded like a female so we believed it might have been who we were looking for, we chase him and Duncan asks him to put him hands up with a gun pointed towards him so we could speak to this person who we thought were suspicious baring in the mind the situation we were currently in. Bradly doesn't put his hands up and gets in the car so it ends up he is shot, straight away his reaction were quite angry as seen in the clip but nevertheless was not roleplaying his injuries at all.

Moving on, we drive then to a car park where Dunc speaks to Bradly and removes phones and radios etc and the word "fat retard" is said. We then set off to the hills and its mentioned that he is speaking quite well considering he's just been shot and had his teeth smashed in (Duncs RP) to which he replied "it's 1:30 in the morning I can't be arsed". As you can see he also put in LOOC that it's basically too early in the morning to be roleplaying my injuries.

As we get to the hills, you'll hear more words like gay repeated over as though it's an insult more than just stating someone is gay, and "nonce".

Then the final part of the "roleplay" was that no injuries at all were roleplayed but somehow he was suddenly to bleed out and then respawns.

Thank you for the report @Freddyy I'll get this wrapped up.

So upon reviewing the footage it's clear that a rule breaks have occured here from both sides.

Bradly didn't RP any injuries at all stating "im not changing tone off my voice at 1:30AM" and followed by "not my problem" when told "If you don't want to RP bro you shouldnt be in the city".

Let me be clear it is absolutely your problem, if it's too late to RP then simply don't connect to the server at all. Being too late isn't a reason to break rules and there are other ways to RP injuries instead of just arguing with the group that grabbed you. You could have used /me's and slightly change the tone of your voice. At the start of the incident you had no issue putting on a female voice at 1am so I don't understand why you couldn't change it later on in the scenario.

Additionally, with the refusal to roleplay at all evidant by the lack of care with /looc messages, failure to rp any injures, spending the time trying to one-up the group, and then saying "I'm going to bleedout" followed by respawning I will be pushing a ban for Discrimination. Due to the lack of RP and seemingly OOC frustration repeatedly calling the group "Gay" followed by calling them "Fucking weird" seems like personal attacks on them and not their characters. You can convince us in an appeal this was all in RP because watching the evidence it seems it was all down to OOC frustration and not just your character saying this.

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM)
Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)

Additionally, @sp3ng do you think enough time was given for Bradly to comply with any demands? You ran from behind the truck saying "Put your fucking hands up" and 1 second later he got into the car. Before the engine even started you shot him multiple times. He had just repaired the car before getting held up, so he probably jumped in on autopilot but he wasn’t even given a chance to react. Giving someone merely a second or two to comply isn't good enough. You had the car boxed in so he wasn't going to get very far had he not complied but he wasn't even given a chance to.

Due to your relatively clean record I'll going to issue a warning; if this continues then it will be a ban following the FBS.
