Please (in detail) describe the incident: It started off by me driving to the impound and getting my boat out of there, I park my car where you become a mechanic and walk towards the NPC to get my boat, when I come back a guy lockpicked my car and then the alarm went off when I caught him in the act he started trying to look as if it was nothing, then I take my gun out and point it at telling him to put his hands up but he runs to his vehicle so I shoot him. Additionally, he then starts saying that I shot too early when he started to run without his hands up, I shoot, I kill and the boys came just in case and he F8 + Quit.

Unfortunately, I didn't have my recording of me telling him to put his hands up but I did in fact record the moment he disconnects with his ID.

Hello there and thank you for submitting a player report.

From what I can see, there was a individual down (742) and I can confirm by looking in our systems that after you had shot him there, he disconnected from the server shortly after.

Please keep in mind that for future reference in most cases, a longer video is needed then the one that you have provided now to back-up your claims, in this particular situation it is not needed as he clearly combat logged.
