Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and my patrolling partner were just doing a foot patrol at triads, and when we were at our last lap we both were looking at this guy dealing drugs but we were both not really gonna do anything until we were closer because he was on a bike and he would just run away. When we got closer for him to realise that we were close to him, he thought we were going to arrest him but instead he decided to run away and animation cancel his drug deal in front of police.

Thank you for taking the time to make a player report @aqnr

I've gone ahead and checked the time mentioned in the report and no player matched the ID shown in the video, However OOC chat was shown and I was able to see what time this took place and it appears to be around 22:45 on the 20th of January 2022. I've have a look and have then found the person being reported.

The report overall is very straight forward and indeed falls under exploiting, So as such 78 will receive a permanent ban for exploiting. For future reference when making reports could you add a rough time it happens so we are able to find the right player please.
