Please (in detail) describe the incident: Plain and simple, I plan on robbing this geezer after needing to get my smelting skill up (he's doing the job for me) - clip explains it all 180 kills me after I have a gun to his head - due to my death i followed NLR so unable to resolve, his attitude per clip explains why it couldn't be resolved

After review of the footage provided its very clear to see that the individual in question did not value the situation at hand nor his own life. Understandably a gun was already in hand when you pointed a firearm at him but that does not excuse the fact that they are at a disadvantage and should be willing to lose the situation when it calls for it. 

Following on from that its clear that reported party abused the keyfob system whilst down to prevent anyone from potentially accessing his vehicle. This is a direct abuse of the keyfob system as in a situation where you are severely injured, such as this one, you wouldn't have the ability nor the care to spam lock your car to try win the situation and keep your items. 

It is also required that when injured you act in accordance to how you have been injured. This requires you to alter your behaviour to divulge that you have in fact been injured to those around you and keep the immersion in roleplay. 

Finally, when in roleplay you must roleplay everything and not break character at any given time unless instructed to by an admin. Its clear from the report that Yacob Barbar had good intent in attempting to ascertain the ID of the individual but it was not needed to spout the ID out with the intent of letting the individual who is being reported know they are going to get in trouble, thus breaking the immersion and roleplay.
