Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was waiting for a client at the city hall when I heard a disagreement between two people. (884, 926)

In the attached clip, 884 can be seen and heard using the racial slur N***** multiple times, of which 926 also repeats back occasionally.

926 can then be heard, not on a radio or phone call, telling someone to "get in" presumably to log in to the city over discord.
