I arrested Abdul and put him in the police car he then combat logged (around 29 seconds in recording) with PC J.H Clayton in the car who was witness to it. I asked him on ts3 why he combat log and this is the response I get.

And Abdul if your reading the report I'd like say it is my duty to revive a suspect if there is no medic online and in real life a Policeman would try save a life!
