I arrested Pablo Escobar for multiple reasons , when giving him his last ticket, AdamHep opened up on me with a pistol trying to kill me with 0 RP , fortunately he was a terrible shot and i was able to restrain him. I sent them both to Jail in the end. I told AdamHep multiple time i wanna speak to him in TS , i even said in game " When you reach jail , you will be given a radio and will be required to speak to me about what occured' , he said thats fine, he even agreed to meeting me, so i sat waiting for him in the liasion room , and even sent him this OOC Text - http://prntscr.com/9nxouz , but he never responded so i feel clearly he just does not care about the rules , and does not care about what he has done , so i am reporting him.
I also feel its safe to say that Pablo Escobar and his friend where most probably in some form of communication while in restraints , but due to lack of evidence he is not being reported as well.
