Please (in detail) describe the incident
So me and my other officers were responding to a fuel robbery when they arrived on seen the vehicle took of running, i catch up to him after about 3 mins of chasing the vehicle i initiate on the vehicles tiers he then jumps in my vehicle and drives of we find the vehicle i see him and his friend jump out of the vehicle, i restrain the driver, i am on my way to taking him to prison when i revive shots at devils bend without any warning so i jump out my prowler and try to find the guy who shot me i am then running back towards my vehicle were the prisoner is inside when he combat logs on me, when he logs back on i ask him to come to teamspeak got no reply from him he was not on teamspeak at the time, i also found him in game and sent him a note saying "\Can you come to teamspeak to talk about your combat logging i got no reply from him he ran of from me so i gave up trying.
