Please (in detail) describe the incident
Pulled over at Kore bend after spotting an armed individual. Was shot without initiation. Upon TS discussion was informed he had been initiated on previously by other officers (not near the location where I pulled over). He stated that he had a 5 minute period after initiation in which he was allowed to just shoot any officers. I was not one of the officers who had previously initiated on him, having simply pulled over to see what was happening. I feel this is (if not RDM) extremely poor RP, as I had not posed a threat to the man ( I was still in my vehicle when shot). Was advised to post a report upon discussion with INS who had discussed this with support team.
