this dude had followed us all the way from the airport until we lost him, then he did the same thing when we got into kavala. If he didnt drive away when we told him not to which imo was not valuing his life since we had the jump on him, we would of had some good rp but it was obvious to us he was trying to jump us/rob us, i didnt have chance to ask him why he was following us because callum double tapped him. You can see in the video he took his helmet off so we wouldn't recognise him but we recognised the car anyway...
From Dexters 7:30 video we can see that he arrived at Kavala around 7 minutes before you shot him and spent more then 5 minutes in Kavala before you arrived. You can never be sure it's the same person when you have lost sight of them for over 5 minutes. Considering the Sporty is one of the more popular ground vehicle with only so many skins to choose between how could you be sure that it's 100% the same one. The short answer would be you can't unless you were to recognize the person inside but you state here that you specifically recognized the car and not the person. At the end of the day someone following you for multiple minutes does not warrant you to break server rules and it wouldn't matter if he was the same person or not.
The following timestamps are going to be based of the video linked under evidence in the report itself.
At the start of the video we can see Dexter tabbing back up after doing some stuff outside of game and as he tabs back up and starts leaving the parking lot.
At around 0:12 we can see Dexter leaving the parking lot and seeing ythe black SUV and starts following it around even when it parks up at the car shop at around 0:50 where Dexter stops and waits for the Black SUV.
1:00 Dexter continues following the SUV as it was leaving and follows it until the Black SUV stops
1:10 Callum and Alistair jumps out of the Black SUV. Dexter starts backing up trying to leave the area
1:16 Callum tells Dexter to "stop the car man, stop the car. Stop"
1:18 Callum and Alistair open fire on Dexter killing him
1:23 Dexter asks "Wait why did you just shoot me"
1:26 Callum and Alistair responds with "We shouted stop the car and you don't stop the car"
1:30 Dexter tries to respond with something along the lines of "If I don't want to stop the car"
1:31 Dexter is executed by Callum
Now
@Alistair and Callum. You gave Dexter exactly 2 seconds to stop a moving vehicle before opening fire on it. This is not nearly enough time to comply as stated in rule
(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).
You must give enough time for someone to comply and you must try to create roleplay before shooting at someone. You did neither of those you told him to stop the car and immediately started shooting. You claim that you shot because he was driving away rather then valuing his life with guns drawn on him but you can see that Dexter starts driving away before you told him to stop with guns on him. It would take him some time to realize that he was being threatened and to stop the car but before that you decide to start shooting to kill immediately.
Next time rather then start shooting to kill immediately what you could do is say that if he continues driving you would disable the vehicle and then give him time to comply and shoot his tires or engine if he shows no signs of complying. This would create a roleplay story where you are robbing Dexter and Dexter either complies or tries to escape and you chase him.
And Callum as for the execution there was no roleplay at all. You just answered Dexters question and continued to shoot him without any sort of roleplay.
@Alistair You claim that you shot him because he was trying to leave and avoid roleplay but then decide to just kill Dexter immediately which stops the chance of any roleplay happening whatsoever.
Conclusion:
Alistair - You will be receiving a
warning for
2.2 for killing Dexter without any roleplay or time to comply. I hope to see you create roleplay stories around your killing in the future rather then just killing people as soon as you can.
Callum - You will be receiving a
warning for
2.2 and
7.1.3 for killing Dexter without any roleplay or time to comply and then executing him without saying a single word except for answering why you shot him. I hope to see you give people more to comply with your orders in the future and roleplay with people before executing them.
