So im getting geared in kavala pd and could hear a argument going on multiple insults being said to Anders and Kyano from Alter " your both retards" and that sort of stuff (all shown in video) it was when he called them retards i went down there and ended the situation by sending him to prison. (also repeatedly broke rp but thats not why im reporting more of the retard comment)
