I landed my heli at metal exports to see what was happening, after walking around for a while I decided to leave so I ran to my heli to take off. a silver suv then rolled up and he got out with a gun. he started to shout "out of the chopper out of the chopper" as I was getting out he shot 1 bullet at the heli so I pull my gun. he then shouts something which I don't hear and shoots me instantly. after asking him and his friend to liason they continued to execute me.

This was incredibly poor RP, if you can call a few words being thrown around without a pause before the first shot was fired "RP". I can sort of see how Andrei might have thought you were taking off, as you didn't get out straight away, and so was starting to disable (I hope it was just a disabling shot) the heli, but our rules also require "enough time to comply": this is a game, so there is lag, there are sticky keys, and general Arma being Arma issues, and that's the reason you give someone enough time to actually do what you've told them to do.

There was not enough time before the first shot was fired.

There certainly wasn't enough RP to be anywhere near the "high quality" required to kill someone, which also falls under our RDM rules, so either way this isn't acceptable on our servers.
