Please (in detail) describe the incident
Basically it started off in kavala yano the RDM, VDM central hobo town full of Great RP and crappy players that ruin the fun. (sometimes) well i offed this gentlemen a lovely 1v1 in the back allies which i lost as he had a 9mm Protector to my Rook-40 so i spawned in athira to stop breaking NLR. i crashed due to my shitty driving skills and spawned Kavala where i disconnected then changed my name. After 20 mins maybe longer i spawned in kavala and found the same men in a gun fight where they was shouting hands up or die to several men and shooting then, i hide into a house with a guy with a TRG called Sasajay he dropped a Ghillie and an MX i picked them up said i will help you. then i get RDM'D by him i ask him to come to team speak and the guys tell me to fuck off and laugh at me. (unfortunately my recording wasn't on) then i the square i didn't interact with these people as they started passing notes of //Your breaking NLR, then decided to scream get on TS APP now in game. and calling out saying "omg here he is again omg omg" even tho i passed them a note saying //i just got rdm'd, After that Mr Andrew Mathews here Meta Games my name and then demands 100k which apparently i owed him when i don't even know who he was. He followed me Blocked me from leaving the clothes store then ran after me shouting Hands up or you dead multiple times before shooting at me. I evaded the shots and managed to run into the same guys shouting NLR at me calling me idiot ETC and passing notes again Nolzy then decided to shout Hand up or your gonna get shot and fired but missed. I was running round them buying myself some time to figure where i could go to hide as i can't run to blue or green zones. i managed to escape their sight and run off towards PD where i then decided to get back into the RP and reframe from the hobos. Broke Rule.
(7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.
