I'll start with the main focus on the report which is cheating, upon reviewing the evidence it's not conclusive enough to demonstate cheating.
Onto the escorting. Context matters, and in the clip, it lasts 1 second between the shot being fired at the officer and the officer returning fire. He stopped escorting at the end, but again, all of this happened within 1 second and the officer was stationary. Escorting prevents you from sprinting and would’ve put the officer at an even greater disadvantage had he not landed a lucky shot. Is it realistic to escort with a two handed weapon? No. But due to the context and timing, this won't be actioned.
One thing I do want to raise though
@Jay Small is your attitude and your inability to keep a cool head. A lot of the comments made in OOC during this was completely unnecessary and antagonistic with one example being "win mentality probs a second character in X Gang with them cheats" which isn't helpful at all in the situation. In total there was 14 messages between 22:14 - 22:34 with a lot of them you giving very poor attitude or antagonistic comments.
You should be well aware of this rule considering staff have issued warnings/kicks multiple times on yourself. Granted a lot of this was last year and you've only been kicked once this year for misuse of ooc so I'll be issuing you with a warning. If it starts to become a recurring pattern again then it will move up to the FBS.
i apologise for my poor /me in that situation but i watch the clip back while waiting for medical RP and i have played this enough to know when something isnt right just the shear speed it happened and also like i mentioned while escorting isnt right ?
My final point will be two wrongs don't make a right. If you believe someone has broken any rules your standards and adherence to the server rules shouldn't be dropped just because you are unhappy. Continue the roleplay, preferably liaise after the roleplay is over, and if you are contempt rules have been broken then put up a player report.
