Please (in detail) describe the incident: So i was driving around and started calling over radio i seen a balla (im on whisper) and drove around trying to see if u could get a better angle as I'm driving up the road I spot a balla near car wash I'm out of colours in a black car so they had no clue that i was a grove member and he started spraying at me. I attempted to call them to qe using ooc and they said context matter which later one replied they would go after the situation i waited and put another message in ooc later on which had no reply after waiting a while.

That is the first shot and i don't have anything clipped afterwards

Unfortunately without further footage to identify the shooter we're unable to action anything, we've looked on our end and cannot find who it is either. I hope you can understand.
