We initiated on a cluster of hemmets and they began to vdm us by running us over and then rammed into me blowing up my sportie and the hemmet killing us both. They said that the only way they could protect them selves was to use their vehicles when they joined the teamspeak.

I would like to add my information to this since i was also involved, we initiated on the trucks and they were told to exit the trucks or the will be disabled, they continued to drive off so we engaged the trucks after they failed to comply, then they proceeded to use their trucks as weapons continuously running us over and over, this caused fatality's to two of my members and prevented the rest from being able to disable the trucks.

Yes i would like to apologise for that, i understand the language was not the best but i honestly feel i was not in the wrong here, may not have been the best but i dont see this being bad, as you can see in the video he calls me a joke as the same time they vdm one of my guys, i think " stupid twat " was to be expected, as i said in the video there have been things put in place for 16+ for factions ect becuase the game is rated 16/18 + and people swear in within roleplay so i honestly cant see a huge issue, if my language did upset anyone, i do sincerely apologise.

1. You dont feel your in the wrong but you are. Regardless of what you think, one thing is to think stuff about people another thing is saying it. I may think my college is a idiot for doing something but i dont go telling him that hes an idiot. 

2. Yes this is a 18+ rated game, that's not an excuse for verbal abuse. We are all here because we enjoy playing the game together and everyone must do their part for this to be a friendly and nice place. Verbal abuse is the opposite and is not acceptable here.

3. Its differens from swearing within roleplay and being abusive towards other players. After looking at the chat logs i must say i am not impressed by your behavior.

I mean i couldn't see it being fair if he can call me a joke and that be fine because their wasent a swear, " your a joke " and "your a twat" shouldn't make a difference if theres a swear, both have the same intention.

Watched over the video u can see them running us over but you can't  see their name tags which is not enough evidence to prosecute the two others I believe. but you do see bas' name when me and him die in the original clip

Okay, new players come all the time and some of them read the rules some of them dont. In this situation i do belive that the players involved may have been under the belief that VDM was allowed to defend them self.  As a community we want to be a friendly and welcoming to new and old players. Verbal abuse is therefor unacceptable. After going thru the chat logs during/after this incident its clear that @1st Rogue did not act appropriately in this situation. Anger is understandably but is not an excuse.
