I was patrolling around the weed pro on an NCA patrol, when I saw this truck, I initially walked up to him and asked him to have a chat, I told him not to get into his car, he proceeded to get into the car. I initiated on his tires and then shot them out as he proceeded to drive off, for some reason plays.tv didn't record my voice, but you can see it says speaking above my name. Then while chasing him, I overtook him and decamped, as I began to draw my weapon, he rammed into my vehicle, and then when I was able to start firing at the tires, he hit me with his car, and then proceeded to run my body over afterwords, then he drove off.

I could not find the person on teamspeak, and he was not logged on when I went back after the whole situation to speak to him.

Alright, I know Big Ice Lad is not very new, And i already told him once to read the rules. 
But it seems it did not help. Therefore further action needs to be taken. you can clearly see he swerves into you. 
he had alot of space to turn away. And its not that you cut of infront of him. 
So it is clear he wanted to drive you over in order to avoid arrest.
