What best describes this incident: Poor quality RP
Please (in detail) describe the incident: while sat idling and helping my daughter with something while at the pc, bobby smith pulled up to my car in a blacked out Mercedes dived into the boot of my car took a crate and got straight back into his car and drove off with nothing said.

he refused to come to qe and discuss the situation, however a few people came in to qe who were also a victim his poor quality RP.

hello, thanks for reporting.

the actions of the reported player does indeed appear to be somewhere within the Poor quality RP or trolling rule, due to the lack of RPing whilst robbing something of a player standing right next to them/sitting in the vehicle he steals from(will be a copy paste on another report hence the unrelated example).

whilst there's nothing inherently wrong with stealing from the boot of vehicles, you are expected to atleast RP with the members involved whilst doing so, especially if they're right next to you and it's their items you are stealing.

it's not the first time the reported player has done this and as such he will recieve a perm ban for trolling.

Bobby, if you do decide to read this, i'd suggest you start improving your RP before your appeal, going off the videos provided it seems rather non existent atm which is a shame
