Please (in detail) describe the incident
Retrieved vehicle from garage in Athira, was shot at whilst leaving without initiation. Asked the shooter to stop in side; kept on shooting. Left the area after checkign his name.
Afterward I asked him multiple times to please come to TS to resolve this. He refused claiming he had issued compliance. Made him aware I would be forced to file a report should he not come on TS and again told him I would prefer to resolve this via TS. Again declined.
