Please (in detail) describe the incident: me and my friends we kidnapped Smoking Toaster and we were having fun, the reason we kidnapped him because he stole my heli that cost 15mil, and he thought he could scrap it/steal it, and the place we took him when i escorted him into the top of the tower i did not think he would fall down through the floors so then the NHS came to revive him and then after he got revived a minute later Cowley started to escort him and at some point Smoking Toaster Combat Logged.

Alrighty after reviewing the evidence:

[CA] Smokin Toaster will be recieving a perm ban for 1.5 Combat Log with a message to come speak to staff in JFS

Supreme Leader Thomas will be recieving a 1 day ban for 1.2 RDM

Thomas, you cant just be shooting your gang mates without initiation, first in the video i see you knock out jakob and rob him with nothing said, then you shot at a heli killing the pilot and after that you say ow sorry i thought that was Ember(another gang member) which would still make it RDM and is not right to do.You have also previously been warned for RDM hence why this time it is a ban.
