I went to investigate some shots I could hear but I couldn't locate where they were coming from (you can hear a separate amount of guns shots go off at the start of the video). When I stopped to look around I start taking shots....I drive down the hill to find cover and spot the man shooting me so I get out to defend myself and I'm killed. Not a single word was said...I tried to resolve this is TS but it didn't work out.

one thing i want to point out was i am Not saying woof is the bad guy and im the good guy. point of my statement is that when i was having a gun fire with my bud BOOGY and car drive by and circling around while i am involved with gun fire it is kind of annoying and could be trolling if i have to state. All i am saying is my action can be harsh on him on his point of view but also on my point of view it was a bit trolling people who drive around and disturbing in survival situation with gun fight.  in the video statement we stated clearly 4 times from me and BOOGY "stay away from us" during gun fight could not be heard, maybe due to loud car sound or distance. point is Woof's action was bit of trolling and maybe consider not driving around people who are fighting in survival situation. also at the end i don't understand coming up behind us with the gun while we are shooting at enemy. we are busy with gun shoot and woof come up with gun Behind us and we can't confirm who that is ( Not in our TS Ch ) then there are chance you will get shot. calling this RDM is bit harsh and need revision. on both side of situation. 

ps: resolving issue is great and i would love to but when 4 people come in to TS CH and start saying i did it wrong and loud, makes other person left alone and confuse. if there has to be resolving issue i will attend but i request situation support on both side.

You shot the car from 100+ metres away without saying anything - this is RDM. Whether he drove into a gunfight or not, you didnt see him with a weapon and therefore shooting at him is RDM.
