Please (in detail) describe the incident
We just spawned NPAS, started to gear up and Cesar and his friends started shooting us. We then started recording to get proof and Cesar kills us again in a BZ. His friends were also VDMing and RDMing however we do not have proof so i dont expect an admin to action upon them. These users were not on teamspeak so i was unable to contact them.
