Prior to the main incident i was roleplaying with a guy at the garage in Kavala. mr Charlie Parker came up to me in the Greenzone and knocked me out.

10 minute after my fellow Officer @PsyGames was dealing with a case next to the turtledealer in Kavala. He got initiated on and after he called for backup he got shot and wounded.
I approached the area just after the radiocall and ended up in a gunfight with mr Jack Parker and Charlie Parker.
Both of them got rubbered and restrained.

Roleplay was started, area was secure and suddenly Charlie Parker started saying he needs to go. I put my attention on the guy in the prison suit (Jack Parker) and i saw Charlie diconnected. I went over to him again and he had at that point combat logged.

After that i started the roleplay with Jack Parker . I mentioned that his friend had a "heartattack". Jack than said im about to have a heart attack aswell. He got quiet and the diconnected.

No attempt to resolve was made as i could not reach em ingame or TS after the diconnected.

Information about Pablo Escobar.
Pablo Escobar in the first combatlog video is clearly breaking RP and not doing to well. We kinda told him strictly to not talk like that and told him to leave. I am pretty sure he understood what we ment and i ask of you not to action anything on him.

Hello Drax. After reviewing this report I have come to a conclusion.

First of all, on the first video that you provided, I can see that Charlie Parker knocked you out in the greenzone.

(6.3) You are unable to rob/knockout anyone in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)

In the second video that you provided, it is very weird that after you tell Charlie Parker that he is going to prison, "he says that he needs to go" Which in my eye is a clear attempt to combat log. 

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

In the third video that you provided, you can Jack Parker hear saying: Ow I am having a heart attack see you later. Which is again in my eyes a clear attempt to combat log.

Like you stated in the report, I can hear Pablo Escobar breaking RP, but as you have said you made him aware of this and the situation had been resolved by him. Therefore, I will not be issuing a ban to him. However, I am going to be taking action to Charlie Parker, and Jack Parker.
