I first met him at the ATM where he was presumably getting money to buy the gun. I then went to the handgun store to view the prices. He was already there. Once I opened the menu he aimed and shot at me. He did not utter a word.
(PS- Sorry for bad quality, set the bitrate wrong in OBS, his name is still visible though)
