Please (in detail) describe the incident
Connor Started to shout "Allahu Akbar" when vehicles were blown up nearby in Kavala PD. This Offended my colleague , PC Issa [KV696], Due to Issa's Arabic nationality. Connor was told to discontinue his roleplay but continued to shout terrorist remarks and mentioned that he was part of ISIS several times, The video I have included is of when we restrained Connor and brought him to a secluded location to avoid other people hearing his shouting.
