We got radioed in that theirs a hemet box doing weed there we head down to weed processing. we caught the guy and we were just about to take him to jail however the vehicle owner lagged out and the guy managed to get out and ran. i chased him down restrained him as i was taking him back to the vehicle he disconnected.
