I came down from the hill and told the guy who was selling copper from the BA Helicopter to put his hands up, which he did. The BA pilot insisted to tell him to put his hands down, I had no rights to do this and multiple times tried to get him to jump back into the helicopter. Yes my intention was to maybe get part of the cargo etc, however the BA pilot insisted on telling me I had no rights, and that he was going to call the police. Jack complied with my wishes. However, I then asked admin permission to hijack the BA helicopter since the pilot thought he was invincible and didn't have to value his life, when I got permission granted he told me to "go fuck myself" and jumped into the helicopter so therefore I shot him.
I tried to resolve the situation in teamspeak however, he decided to call me a "cunt." Only then after did I start recording the teamspeak chat, however I've got recordings of him saying that he was valuing his life etc... Therefore I've had to bring it to the forums in which I was hoping I would be able to resolve it via teamspeak and just talk about the situation. Being told to respect whitelisted players, because he believes just because you are whitelisted you do not have to listen to other people. I am whitelisted myself and he told me I have no respect for BA. I do, however, when they start not valuing their lives and insist on poor/failed roleplay, I will not respect this pilot.
Disappointing. The rule states " Therefore stealing BA helicopters or killing BA personnel will result in a ban "
Cpt. B.Hype, you was being told to place hands on your head and it appears you took the rule to your advantage not to. Your cargo can be stolen you are not immune to being robbed or hijacked. It's like you forgot that people can seek approval? This case would have been a lost easier for yourself if you had just complied and ask the questions later. Preventing the role-play by stating that "You have no authority" constantly shows you believed you was immune to being robbed ect.
Following up on this, player Jack Ripoff: You should really start valueing your life a lot more. You were surrounded by way to many people to even have a small chance of succes.
I consider that just as much fail-RP and even tho the report is not directed against you, based on what I see in the video, you will be subject to the same fate as the BA Captain.

Another note: I warned the captain in OOC chat to not consider his whitelisted role for granted, when he was broadcasting in character information about him being robbed in the OOC chat. When he decided to not just accept that warning but to question what I said, I warned him that his whitelisted role would be taken off him in the blink of an eye if he thought it for granted and thought it gave him the right to metagame in side chat. I also warned him about permission being given for the hijacking,yet he still decided to try and get away from it, not caring one bit about his life because he thought he was exempt from being killed because of his role.
