Basically, we heard gun shots in Kavala so we decide to go and investigate, we then see two dead police officers on the floor so I question what is going on, then a UNMC member tells me that he shot him, then I tell him that he is not going anywhere and he is staying with me, then he proceeds to go towards a car so I knock him out and then I restrain him, I gave him more that enough chances but he decided to go towards a car so that is why I knock him out and then restrain him. Then about a second let I am shot my the UNMC member in question. Then I have a discussion via PM on teamspeak, and then he tell me https://gyazo.com/a2cca9ff1173634b24445819c823f107 "don't message me back plz, bye", this is a complete disregard of sorting the situation out, now we are here! But during the whole situation he was saying that me knocking him out was Fail RP and I have asked for other opinions on the matter, and I asked the two Detective Inspectors on patrol and they said that is was fine, plus 1 of these DI's is a member support. Then another situation earlier on, which is not on the report, but the member is question was swearing at me so I knocked him out and restrained him then he said that it was fail RP, but in my opinion it wasn't, but I don't have a video for that.

Blatant lie, u told me you were going to get staff to review the video. Never once asked me to come into a channel to come resolve it with a staff member.

My shadow-play crashed so i don't have video of the two incidents leading to this, but you twice knocked people out without any initiation nor any rp.

You said to my friend you are going nowhere, smashed him over the head and then cuffed him, this is after the medic combat revived the police and you ignored this after we tried to explain it.

But if this is classed as RDM then i do apologise and will take my punishment.

Post the whole conversation and not just a snippet to suit your agenda to get me banned, u said multiple times u were going to get staff to review it, i said ok have a good night and u kept on messaging me.

But just because a medic combat revived doesn't mean that role play between cops and UNMC has to stop, in role play, there is no such thing as combat reviving, and I told him that he is not going anywhere put he kept moving and was facing a car to get into it, so I took a precaution and stopped him from getting into the car because I am not going to let him drive off am I? 

I am not just trying to get you banned at all? I was in the middle of the conversation with you on Team speak discussing the whole matter, and then you clearly get bored and you say to me, don't message you again, which is you closing down the conversation. I said I was going to get a staff opinion on the matter because I just didn't want to put a report up against you. 

Anyway, I am not going to be saying anymore about the situation unless needed to, I am going to wait for a decision to be made to avoid an argument.

So you think you can knock people out with a word? like you did to me at the office building because i swore at police.

The whole situation happened because the cop that died was combat revived and then told you the unmc member killed him, we tried to leave because of that but you didnt care about that only arresting us.

We had a very long convo, you said you would get staff to review the video and i said i would do the same, have a good night.

You persisted to keep messaging me, when i was simply waiting for staffs opinion before resolving it.

But as i said i only shot because u knocked out my guy and cuffed him, not sure if its RDM but i agree it was rather shit rp from me and should have been a lot better.

If you are swearing at me, then I am not going to let you am I? I am going to do something about it. So I knocked you out and restrained you so I could give you a ticket for swearing, what is the issue? Also just because another cop got combat revived doesn't mean that I should stop role playing with you guys. 

Regarding the conversation, I was asking multiple times why and you gave a a very blunt answer, then throughout the whole conversation from my knowledge you just kept saying that it was fail RP, when it is clearly wasn't. 

But as I said before, I am just going to wait for a staff decision on this.

Also, after I looked back at the video, I noticed that it was not only me that was killed, but another SPC. So he killed myself and someone else who didn't even have a weapon and was nothing to do with the situation. But I just thought that I would add this as I failed to mention it previously.

After looking at this over, I think this is not the best sort of RP we want to see especially from a whitelisted member of the UNMC. 

Therefore i will be banning under fail RP. It was very close to RDM but this ban seemed to fit it better to the situation
