I can't help but notice the repeated use of "#DoubleStandards". This makes me question the legitimacy of this report. Do you truly believe a rule has been broken or are you simply trying to "get your own back" following a recent report placed on your gang?
Yes, I did use #DoubleStandards because I genuinely feel that some members of Cutlass prioritize winning at any cost, even if it means breaking immersion by shooting on sight without any interaction. We both know that since no official war rules have been set, we are required to follow the established roleplay standards and ensure a high-quality experience. Not just sit away on a roof, say nothing, and shoot.
At the end of the day, I personally thought that this was a clear rule break and reported it, that's what the forums are for.
On the day of this "alleged" rule-break, me and one more member of cutlass were by benny's when a member of your gang pulled up and hostile words were exchanged, to which a shot was fired. I then radioed to other members of my gang and made them aware and asked them to come and provide help. Around two minutes later a convoy of armed cutlass members arrived and after we drove from the bridge a convoy of ballas drove towards us and a firefight between the two gangs erupted. You were looking for us and we were looking for you and I feel because you lost on this occasion its left you feeling displeased.
Do you have any clips or evidence to support this? From the Ballas perspective, none of us had any interactions with Cutlass that day, which made the encounter feel completely random and poor.
A message in OOC to liase or simply asking me to clip my POV would have been more appropriate than "WTF CUTLASS" as this kind of complaining in OOC is becoming common and staff have warned members of Ballas about it on multiple occasions.
I would have reached out to liaise with you at that time, but I was in roleplay for the two hours afterwards.
While we're here, its funny you talk about Roleplay when you've modified your game to gain an advantage as you can see in your own clip you've provided. (Loud Footsteps, Gun Sounds and Aggressive re-shade Frag Pack). Don't you feel this ruins your immersion?
If you check again, you'll see that there are no modifications giving me an "unfair advantage", I only have custom gun sounds (no footsteps or any other sound changes) that I use because I found the default ones repetitive and boring. I play on a laptop in my living room, with settings turned down to ensure my game is able to run properly and I don't crash. There are no amplified colors from reshade either. I'm happy to provide pictures of everything if asked by staff, and I also don't run any additional background applications like Discord or even Wallpaper Engine while on RPUK for the same performance reasons.
Also in the second clip, I noticed at around 1:57 as you're about to get into your car a racial slur can be heard, specifically the 'N' word. I'm not trying to redirect the report by mentioning this but surely by now you'd realise such language can offend people regardless of weather it's used directly or indirectly.
I can't lie, I feel as if you are pulling at straws with this one. You hear Charlie (in the itali) end his sentence with no namers, then hear "Ballas neighbors" following that. This is a common saying within Ballas due to the gta lore.
