Please (in detail) describe the incident: Upon receiving a break in at Paleto Bay Bank, after a short while of driving around the area to gather intel, I started to begin negotiations with the armed robbers (which they basically tried avoiding). From the get-go, the two hostages didn't really seem legit, as they were punching the armed robbers and the robbers didn't really seem to retaliate. The Robbers (one being Daniel Masterson) would not allow Mr Patrick Kryptiq (one of the alleged hostages) to leave the bank, but would let the other hostage (unnamed) leave, raising suspicion that Daniel and Patrick must've been together. Upon them leaving the bank, Patrick Kryptiq walks straight out as if he was not a hostage, and unlocks one of the vehicles with his keys (as seen in the first video) attempting to get into it, which is a bit strange as to why the hostage would have his own car outside the bank. Patrick Kryptiq then got into the boot of one of the armed robbers cars, and around this moment in time, the armed robbers start shooting at police, where one of the robbers (Daniel Masterson) were taken down. After questioning Mr Masterson, upon me informing him he's being arrested for hostage taking and will be serving 12 years, he then goes on to say they were all together (as seen in the second video), basically confirming that Patrick was not a hostage and therefore I believe brakes rule (G.7.2). The vehicles that were on scene at the bank had been going around with each other all night, crashing into police and overall basically baiting, which further confirms that they are in-fact together. The second hostage (who's name I did not get) did look legit at the end, but still raised some suspicions as he was seen in one of the vehicles that was involved in the situation alongside 2 others which returned to the scene about 5 minutes later.

@adacoDo you have any proof of who these people are? i know you may have found out there names and such in game but we need proof of who you are even talking to so we can proceed with this.

From this report and the evidence that has been provided here and privately (will post for staff reference) i conclude that both Daniel Masterson and Patrick Kryptiq will receive a 1 day ban for rule G7.2.

This is clear from there own admission, also the fact a "hostage" happens to have/own the getaway car.

Please both be more sensible with your roleplay in the future and read the rules again.

Action taken:

Daniel - 1 Day Ban

Patrick - 1 day ban
