Please (in detail) describe the incident: Around 15:00 I took G6 officer David Shaft hostage at gun-point outside g6 key cutting shop in Paleto-Bay for a prison break, I then put him zip-ties, searched and removed any communication devices and body-cam; placing him inside my vehicle.
Trying to keep the situation fun and enjoyable for both parties I engaged in a conversation with him while also stating to him “if you plays his cards right you will make it out alive and even better I might give him a lock-pick to commandeer a vehicle to so that he could retrieve his” (not knowing at the time) he informs me he wont need one as G6 have a slim-jim.
15:15, we arrived at the prison, I said to him don’t “do anything silly and you’ll make it out alive and a free man”. (pistol is still equipped) I take him out of my vehicle and escort him inside the building.
We entered the lobby of the prison where (equipped my knife) I then cut his zip-ties and then I equipped my gun, pointing it at his head.
From there on I kept repeating to him “don’t try and run” and “ hurry up and unlock these doors” (while pointing a gun to his head the whole time).
He continues to cooperate, unlocking the doors getting past the 2nd metal detector at the last door that leads to the prison yard, he decide to run and attempted to lock me in said corridor (WHILE I HAD A GUN TO HIS HEAD THE WHOLE TIME)
However, I chased him into the lobby and as he was running towards the door by the booth (where prisoners collect their belongings) to hide, I had a clear shot for 5 solid seconds and went to shoot in the back of his head but my 3rd eye was scuffed and stopped me from being able to actually shoot him.
I spoke to him in QE, he claims that he only saw a knife out the whole time from the point where I cut him out of zip-ties, hence why he ran (supposedly). He also doesn’t have any footage “as his system too weak to run”. I find this very unlikely be the case of desync when I can’t point a knife like a gun.
Since my recording ended up corrupt, I don’t have any footage and staff will have to go off of my word, I doubt this would be action (I wouldn’t waste my time if this situation didn’t happen but it did anyhow…)as I don’t have the footage to back what I am saying so at least it will be on his profile for the record if another instance of NVL was to happen again and both parties do not have any footage.
This really discourages me to role-play when it comes to situations like this; At least it’s on the record.
