I had just gotten my car out of my garage and was going to drive to some friends when they say they start getting shot at by these lads without them initiating. Like an idiot i drive by aswell and start getting shot at aswell with the shooters not saying anything to me aswell. They get my Wheels and i crash into a house and die. As i am downed a gunfight between some AMW lads and a hobo with a pistol breaks out and the hobo kills one of them. The hobo then walk up to me and shoots me in the head without saying a word or being related to anything. The hobos name was Unknown, as in thats his actual name..

I respawn in kavala as NLR does not apply when you get RDMed and set my focus on finding the RDMers. Didnt really prove hard as they were sitting in the GZ, i i asked them multiple times to come on team speak but the three lads just keept saying that they told me to "pull over" and that i didnt...

You can clearly see in my video that these are the same people as they have the same clothes, the same car, the same weapons and also wade wilsons response to when i asked him to come on team speak: http://prnt.sc/eu6eqd

Do the people who got killed by the 3 have any proof of this? As from the video I cannot see exactly who it is due to them being masked.

No they continued driving and didnt get killed. Although in my point of view the fact that wade wilson said "why we told you to pull over and you didnt" (as shown in the pic) after i asked him to come on team speak should be the same as him admitting to what he did.

But no if you need direct proof like that there is none and you can close this ban report up and let these rdmers go.

For this report we would need the direct proof we would need for the three that were shooting at yourself. Now as you respawned in kavala @AntonW from the video it is the same car however it may not have been the same people in that vehicle. As for the 'unknown' player. He has already been banned for multiple reports against him and I will be adding this report to his current bans. I will move this report to Action Taken due to adding this ban to unknown. As for the others I won't be taken any action against them as It is not clear they were the same people that was shooting from up the road.
