Me and my friend was at the copper/iron processor and we encountred Dean. he was not cooperating and he pulled out a gun without initiation and started fire at my friend who got KIA.(killed in action) Poor RP
later on we spotted dean circeling the area where i killed him. he later on parked besides the processor. this was 6-7 minutes after i shot and killed deam. NLR
afterwards i stole his tempest and was heading to the scrapyard, he then starting to VDM me multiply times on my way to the scrapyard. VDM

the part 1 of the evidence is sped up x3 because it would take forever to upload and have a high resolution. the video was just to prove him breaking NLR.

That video is false i didn't VDM i drove in front to slow youse down i knew youse were going to sale my truck so I was slowing youse down but at the end it accidentally hit you and you say i didn't  initiation youse tried robbing me i fired back in self-defense and you say the incident was yesterday it was a good few days ago like 5  ? and the video has no time stamps proving im committing NLR ? In my opinion, it was over 15mins and ill like to resolve this soon

Hello,

After watching both videos fully, you were killed within the Copper processing. You are then chasing the Tempest that is going from copper processing down the road towards the airport. Within the first video after you die i cannot see in that video that you do return back to the area. However you do show up by the tempest later on down the road.

Within the second video you do ram into the truck multiple times. This would be classed as VDM, as you do ram into the truck multiple times. You have broke rule (2.1) as posted below.

[SIZE=medium](2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).[/SIZE]

Due to the above reasons i will be taken action on this report for VDM.
