Time of incident was either 21/22 (GMT) period sos I forgot.
We were driving through Agious when we saw two Hemmit boxes obstructing the road. When first Rping with Declan he broke rp. a little later we proceeded to try to lock pick his friends vehicle. When lock picking Declan initiated without no weapon, gave very poor roleplay, and towards the end of the video combat stores his vehicle .
Lewis33 also combat logs in the video. At 2.05 in the video Declan states he has friends in the area, and we then ask for warning shots to see if he is bluffing so we can safely lock pick his vehicle. By 3:47 on the top left hand of the screen next to the left hand side on the Hemmit box on futher up the road you can see Lewis 33 prone who gets up and changes position. I start to run towards the Lewis33 and see him again wearing the same gear who then proceeds to hide in a bush then combat log. lewis33 1 minute and abit later then rejoins the server at the end of the video, only 2 mins after he left the server.
Overall Declan and Lewis broke many rules between them on multiple occasions
