Myself, PC Reiss.^ and PCSO Fabian ANPR'ed a recklessly driving and speeding hatchback, we acted calmly and tried to deal with the situation. After talking with the guy for several minutes (While having a taser ready to be shot at him) he decides to jump into his car and drive off.
