Please (in detail) describe the incident

Constant offensive language typing after we sent him to prison, also we used // to tell him to log off and to use a microphone to play on this server, no rp at all we sent him to prison for failing to pay a ticket for resisting arrest. Tried to get him in TS but he was just ignoring that and typing more abuse.

I was standing in Kavala Police Department with two guys having a chat, when along came this individual in his off road.
We were then ran over multiple times.
