Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and Connorthegreatt responded to a G6 panic at hospital, to which there was a report of a motorcycle gang harassing the G6 officers.
As the situation went on, Connor arrested a lady from the group for unknown reasons to myself, spotting this I moved towards him to support him, this is when ID 23 pulled a gun on Connor and aimed at him, I attempted the tackle, and half managed to get it off with the help of the shooters bike, I then pointed my firearm at his skull and issues verbal warnings, considering he was on the floor, with a pistol to his skull and a G6 officer held a long barrelled weapon feet away on his opposite side, I would say the situation had then turned against him in terms of advantages, and in the spirit of fair play and common sense, I would have thought he would have surrendered.
Instead 23 came out of the ragdoll animation, and 1 tapped me in the skull, he was then mowed down by firearms officers on scene, (as shown in the clip).
I get no one wants to be arrested and spend hours in the cells, but I would appreciate what I feel in my view is a more common sense approach from ID 23.
If the reported party is unsure on how I have IDed him as Derik, I had a previous interaction with him outside ammunation around 25 mins before the panic, where he was asked where his helmet was and threatened with a ticket for failing to wear a helmet.
