Please (in detail) describe the incident: As you can see in the clip below, Deshaun (Grove) is seen clearly shooting and killing me in a altercation between Vagos and PSK which is clearly teaming. In the second clip with the phone call you can hear him saying that "you cant shoot my people infront of me"

There's a lot of missing context in this report that I'm happy to provide further clarification on.

I'm not entirely sure why the phone call clip was added as it doesn't really provide any additional information to the report, it's a phone call of roleplay that happened after the situation occurred.

There were no intention of hostilities from the beginning. It wasn't a pre-planned or co-ordinated push on Vagos like it may appear; myself and a few members of PSK were at Vagos turf simply hanging out, people were having discussions and there were dice rolls happening between various people. There was a disagreement between a couple people having a dice roll in which Vagos scammed one of them out of their winnings. The winnings were asked for and Vagos then began shooting.

It was spur of the moment roleplay. A situation that devolved into violence while my character is actively partaking. I didn't arrive to the situation after the fact and began shooting to involve myself - I was there the entire time and participating. From a roleplay perspective, it doesn't make sense for my character to chuck his hands up and run away while his friends and essentially family are being shot in front of him in a situation he's already involved in.

It's not a case of myself and PSK teamed, joined forces, rolled down to Vagos turf and initiated a situation knowing it would turn violent. Vagos were the aggressors in the situation while we're all actively involved and hanging out with no intentions of "zerging."

Looking back at a few clips. I don’t see you involved anywhere in the situation. You are stood alone with Barry C and someone else on the street. You may have been in the area but you wasn't involved in the situation at all and I don't think anything you say can justify your actions, i think the rule applies no matter what. Regardless of all this stuff you are mentioning, you are in an whitelisted F6 getting involved in a shootout between PSK and Vagos. That puts 2 groups attacking 1. And also I also wonder how you think this isn't coordinated considering you are on a radio freq with PSK comming you have killed 2. Why does the fact its only 1 member from another f6 mean its okay? Where is the line crossed? When there is 10 grove getting involved cause there also friends/family with PSK? Are you gonna keep teaming with PSK if you see us shooting PSK infront of you?
 
I can't really be bothered arguing or discussing hypothetical events with you.

There's missing context that you failed to provide - I've added it to the report so that staff have been made aware.

If pursuing reports and bans is your intention because of a sporadic situation of which I was involved, you do you pal. The roleplay was there, it made sense, take it for what it is and enjoy the roleplay.

I'll leave this to staff.
 
On a final point:

Are you currently in the Vagos F6 or were during the situation? Because Zino has informed us that you currently aren't and weren't at the time. I understand the perspective of 'defending' your turf but Vagos were the aggressors in the situation and everything you're accusing me of, you'd also be doing the same?

Vagos took the aggressive action of shooting while I'm actively chilling with them, it's as simple as that really.

Either way, I'm happy to QE if you're up for it mate.

Hello sorry for the late reply

Yeah I'm not in the F6 however the difference between us 2 is that I'm a hangaround for vagos sitting on turf and when I saw fade (my brother in game) got shot by psk forced me into the situation. You are in grove sitting across the street and would have to exclude yourself as its 2 groups again 1.

Nothing else to add on, if staff has anyother question I'm open to respond.

I wasn't "sitting across the street" and was further involved which your short clip doesn't show but either way, we both reacted to a situation that happened in roleplay in the spur of the moment with no intentions for violence and pre-planning, and I find the report pretty ironic considering you also aren't in the Vagos F6. Fade was shot after Vagos began shooting so I could ask the same question of: if x y z gang shoots Fade in front of you, are you always going to react the same?

The roleplay led to us both being involved and I don't personally think there was a rule break on either side but that's my opinion.

I have nothing else to add on and am happy to leave this to staff.
 
@Tr1GGeR- Do you have a longer clip showing the situation from the start?

Considering the conversation going between both of you, there is clearly a lot of context missing that is needed before we decide on this.
 
Let's be real, there's a massive difference between defending your turf and being the aggressor.

I was stood alongside everyone there prior to this new clip you've posted actively partaking in the conversation.

Vagos shot first and you also involved yourself while not in their F6. It's pretty blatant irony and screams ruleplay over roleplay.

By your own logic, the position you were in (right beside myself) when the shots began, you weren't in immediate danger and weren't forced into the situation so I don't see why you're trying to paint the situation as something it's not and apply the rule to one person but not yourself.

The roleplay led to us both getting involved and it's really as simple as that.

Having watched the footage available I don't believe there is anywhere near enough available evidence to properly determine what (if any rules) were broken on this occasion. From the replies here and the video provided it does look like several members of varying gangs were in conversation and Vagos have initiated a firefight, with people that were already in the area.

Kilo - As I said, there just isn't enough footage to actually determine your involvement in the situation from start to finish to figure out exactly what role you played, and whether you should be involved or not. If you are not part of the 2 F6s in conflict, then you should not be involving yourself, however as I said I can't say for a fact you weren't involved prior to Vagos starting a gunfight.

Omz - You said yourself in your clip, you were not there when this started, you arrived after the situation began and you have the chance to leave as the gunfight started. We have seen in before where hangarounds, that aren't on the F6, become involved in gunfights etc... however this should ever happen if they are forced into the situation. You went to Vagos turf after the conversations began and have every chance to leave when the gunfight started, instead of involving yourselves.

Lads I'm not going to push bans onto either of you for this - however do take this as a warning for both of you. Don't get yourself caught up in this stuff if you don't need to, if I'm honest both of you are already still on FBS and if you end up banned for something this stupid you will both be off the server for a while. It's not worth it for either of you, especially you Kilo since your last ban was for something similar.
