Please (in detail) describe the incident
During a prior incident Dev and his other friend (Name not known) where asked to come on to team speak for RDM and Fail role play. During a LONG conversation with the player Dev over mobile phone in-game, encouraging him to come on to team speak. I went over him with how to update your security and other ways to get on team speak. Following this he couldn't be bothered to wait for a long period of 8 minutes to get on to discuss the situation. Following this he also lied saying him and his friend did not do anything.
