So i was walking around in Kalvala when these two guys pick lock a Tempest in a Green zone they they both proceed to Drive into people and crash into other vehicles, they did this again about 30 minutes before the tempest on a zamack but i did not get to shadow play that one.

When i use shadowplay, mine is set to save 10 min long clips and they are 2 clips together, so there is a small gap, that was missed. all that happened there was i asked if that truck way just lock picked/ broken into @TCK Matt

It does indeed appear they've lock picked that vehicle within the GZ and have begun to VDM!

Yevgeniy Smirnov is already banned for another incident but would have received a ban also.
