Initiated on this guy outside the green zone and he flees into it not once but twice tried to resolve so many times but he didnt want to know

I know that I am not part of the report; but would nonetheless want to contribute this in order to aid the staff's decision.



The staff's conclusion was that there was not enough evidence, but they would keep their eyes out. Seeing as he has commited another rulebreak, I think this conclusion may be appropriate to be acted on.
